Thrice Major/Minor

Thrice are releasing another album 'Major/minor' they have got to tour england this year/next .... come on!

Susie Wright's designs for music cover's, ive been working on a few band design's latly myself and i feel the detail in these with the small amount of colour could really work on a cd cover. I think i may try some landsacpes next

Edward Lears book of nonsense

Edward Lear (12 May 1812 – 29 January 1888) was an English artist, illustrator, author, and poet, renowned today primarily for his literary nonsense, in poetry and prose, and especially his limericks, a form that he popularised.

Gabriella Barouch has illustrated a book written by the author Edward Lear, it's beautiful drawn with delicate intricate detail, suiting the 'nonsense stories' perfectly. I cant stop looking at this book, i only hope one day i can produce something just as brilliant!

BBC

Bombay bicycle club are my absolute favourite band this past year. I have re discovered there brilliance thanks to a very special person who came in my life this last year. They have given me some great memories for this person, from falling asleep listerning to them, car driving music doing reverse turns up motorways, to dancing in a bar. Everytime i hear jack's voice it immediatly reminds me of those times and how happy those times were. Every song gives me butterflies in my stomach and i hope they never dissapear. There new song kind of sum's up this relationship with the band and the person dear in my heart and i cant stop listerning!
